  A big earthquake measuring 8 on the Richter scale hit Wenchuan

County, Sichuan Province at 14:28, on May 12, 2008.  It's reported that many people were seriously injured and more than 80,000 people died in the Sichuan earthquake. What's more, tens of thousands of people there have become homeless. And they are still

in the danger of illness and other difficulties. Anyway, the government has sent tens of thousands of soldiers to these areas. People have donated a lot of food, clothes and money to help them. Now things are improving. But we still work hard at it, especially to build houses for those homeless people.
